Hey Guys! Here’s a What I ate Video for you. I love What I Ate videos, they always give me some inspiration to try out different foods, and I hope this video will do the same for you. QUESO DIP RECIPE:
1 and 1/2 cups raw cashews
3 tbl nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 cup hot water

Put all in the Vitamix and blend on high for a few minutes until steaming and creamy 🙂
